Who is the Data Controller?
The legal entity responsible for the processing of your Personal Information (as defined below) is Club CPG, LLC, a Delaware corporation, having its registered offices at 340 S LEMON AVE #2487, WALNUT, CA 91789. This Privacy Policy sets out the conditions under which CPG, as data controller under may process your Personal Information. Please also note that some Personal Information can be collected by CPG through a smartphone. Does CPG Collect Any Information About Users Under Age 18?
CPG does not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under the age of 18, and every part of the Services is directed at persons 18 years of age or older. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of eighteen (18), or the legal age of contract majority, and have authorized your child to use your mobile device, computer or provided a mobile device to such child, CPG urges you to instruct your child never to give out his or her real name, address, phone number, email address or other personally identifying information while using the Services. Blockchain
Part of CPG’s business involves its NFTs which use the Ethereum blockchain. The Ethereum blockchain is decentralized and is made up of digitally recorded data in what is called “blocks.” These blocks are linked chronologically, which effectively means that data is very difficult, if not impossible, to change once it has been recorded. Because the Ethereum blockchain is decentralized, data can be stored all over the world. There is also no single person or entity that controls or administers it. Nor is there any centralized location where it is stored. Thus, transactions on the blockchain are generally referred to as “immutable,” and cannot be changed or deleted. In order to provide certain of the Services, CPG requires your public Ethereum blockchain wallet address. It is your decision as to whether you would like to have access to these Services, to transact on the Ethereum blockchain, and/or to share your Ethereum wallet address’ public key. Because of the decentralized and immutable nature of the Ethereum blockchain, this may affect your ability to exercise certain privacy rights you may have with respect to your Personal Information. If you want to ensure that your privacy rights with respect to your blockchain information are not affected, then you should not use your ETH wallet address to transact on the blockchain or access the Services which require your ETH wallet address, as certain privacy rights may not be fully available or exercisable by you or CPG. By using the Services, you acknowledge that the Ethereum blockchain is available to the public and any Personal Information shared on the blockchain will become publicly available.
Social Media
The Services may include social media features, including links to share, post or link CPG’s content through your accounts with third party social media services. If you choose to interact with social media features on or from the Services, or if you are logged in to your social media accounts while using the Services, social media services may collect information about your use of the Services. Information collected by third party social media services is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties, not CPG.CPG may collect your social media username or ID, social media plug-in information, and URL clickstream to, through and from the Services (including date and time). Information collected by social media sites may include names, titles or descriptions of videos or content viewed through your use of the Services. Your use of the Services and any third-party social media services constitutes your agreement and consent to the collection and use of information about the videos and content you view through the Services.
Location Data
Location data, as specified above, may be collected from your use of the Services. Location data is generally provided by a Global Positioning System (GPS) and can identify the exact location of the mobile device using the Services. By authorizing the Services to access your device’s location data, which you can do in your mobile device’s settings, you consent to the collection of such location data for the purposes set forth above. Location data will not be processed for longer than necessary for such purposes and will not be processed for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your location data by disabling the geolocation function on your mobile device.

At this time, CPG does not collect information about your activity on the Services to be shared with third parties for advertising purposes. How Does CPG Collect Information?

Blockchain
Part of CPG’s business involves its NFTs which use the Ethereum blockchain. The Ethereum blockchain is decentralized and is made up of digitally recorded data in what is called “blocks.” These blocks are linked chronologically, which effectively means that data is very difficult, if not impossible, to change once it has been recorded. Because the Ethereum blockchain is decentralized, data can be stored all over the world. There is also no single person or entity that controls or administers it. Nor is there any centralized location where it is stored. Thus, transactions on the blockchain are generally referred to as “immutable,” and cannot be changed or deleted. In order to provide certain of the Services, CPG requires your public Ethereum blockchain wallet address. It is your decision as to whether you would like to have access to these Services, to transact on the Ethereum blockchain, and/or to share your Ethereum wallet address’ public key.Because of the decentralized and immutable nature of the Ethereum blockchain, this may affect your ability to exercise certain privacy rights you may have with respect to your Personal Information. If you want to ensure that your privacy rights with respect to your blockchain information are not affected, then you should not use your ETH wallet address to transact on the blockchain or access the Services which require your ETH wallet address, as certain privacy rights may not be fully available or exercisable by you or CPG. By using the Services, you acknowledge that the Ethereum blockchain is available to the public and any Personal Information shared on the blockchain will become publicly available.
Social Media
The Services may include social media features, including links to share, post or link CPG’s content through your accounts with third party social media services. If you choose to interact with social media features on or from the Services, or if you are logged in to your social media accounts while using the Services, social media services may collect information about your use of the Services. Information collected by third party social media services is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties, not CPG.CPG may collect your social media username or ID, social media plug-in information, and URL clickstream to, through and from the Services (including date and time). Information collected by social media sites may include names, titles or descriptions of videos or content viewed through your use of the Services. Your use of the Services and any third-party social media services constitutes your agreement and consent to the collection and use of information about the videos and content you view through the Services
Location Data
Location data, as specified above, may be collected from your use of the Services. Location data is generally provided by a Global Positioning System (GPS) and can identify the exact location of the mobile device using the Services. By authorizing the Services to access your device’s location data, which you can do in your mobile device’s settings, you consent to the collection of such location data for the purposes set forth above. Location data will not be processed for longer than necessary for such purposes and will not be processed for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your location data by disabling the geolocation function on your mobile devices
Third Party Advertising
At this time, CPG does not collect information about your activity on the Services to be shared with third parties for advertising purposes. CPG also does not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on the Services to be used for third party advertising purposes. Please note, social media services may have their own third-party advertising which is generated from or uses your Personal Information. If you are logged into your social media account while accessing or using the Services, such social media services may serve you third-party advertisements. Such third-party advertisements are governed by the policies of the applicable social media service, not CPG.

CPG and the third-party technology service providers, ad exchanges, ad networks, advertisers, agencies, and ad servers CPG works with may use third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Services, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Services and mobile and Internet usage. How Does CPG Collect Information?

How Does CPG Share Your Information with Third Parties?

CPG may make message boards, blogs, reviews, allow comments and provide other community services available to you on the Services. When you disclose such information in a comment or on message board, blog, review or any other public forum, you do so at your own risk. CPG has no control over its use, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information or any other information about yourself. Does CPG Use De-Identified Information?
CPG may take your Personal Information and make it non-personally identifiable, either by combining it with information about other individuals (aggregating your information with information about other individuals), or by removing characteristics (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you (de-personalizing your information). Given the nature of this information, there are no restrictions under this Privacy Policy upon the right of CPG to aggregate or de-personalize your Personal Information, and CPG may use and/or share with third parties the resulting non-personally identifiable information in any manner in CPG’s sole discretion.

Can My Personal Information be Corrected or Deleted?
You cannot access your Personal Information contained in CPG’s database. CPG will make a good faith effort to correct such data at your request if it is inaccurate or delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please note in order to protect the security of your information, you will be required to properly identify yourself before CPG can process such a request. This may include requiring you to provide proof of identity, such as an identification card or driver’s license.Additionally, it is not always possible to completely delete, remove or modify information in CPG’s databases, however, CPG will use commercially reasonable efforts to do so should it be possible subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
You understand that any correction and/or deletion request does not guarantee complete access to or complete deletion of your Personal Information, as the law may not permit or require complete access or deletion in certain circumstances.
How Long Does CPG Retain Information?
CPG maintains your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and is processed. Thus, the length of time that CPG retains your information depends on the purposes for which it was collected and used and/or as is required to comply with applicable laws. Any Personal Information which is contained in CPG’s or any of its subprocessor’s regular backups will not be deleted, provided that any such Personal Information shall remain subject to the confidentiality and data privacy and security terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy until destroyed.
Does CPG Use Cookies?
When you visit or use the Services, CPG may place a cookie in a file directory on your computer or mobile device. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer or mobile device to uniquely distinguish your visit to a website or use of an online service or mobile application. The information that cookies collect includes the date and time of your visit and your registration information. Does CPG Use Web Beacons/Pixel Tags?
CPG may use “Web Beacons,” sometimes referred to as “pixels,” “clear gifs,” or “web bugs,” which are another way (instead of cookies) of helping to personalize your experience on or in the Services. Web Beacons are typically invisible to you and are generally embedded in very small clear graphics files. “Pixel Tags” are small strings of computer code that provide a method for delivering a graphic image on a web page or other medium. Pixel Tags allow CPG or a third party who serves the Pixel Tag, to set, read, and modify some of CPG’s cookies. CPG may use Web Beacons and Pixel Tags to monitor certain non-personally identifiable information about you, including the URL of the page from which the Web Beacon or Pixel Tag originated, the type of browser used, the IP address of your computer and the time you viewed the Web Beacon or Pixel Tag. While Web Beacons and Pixel Tags do not collect Personal Information, the information collected by them may be used in conjunction with cookies to identify aggregate information about users of the Services.
What Happens with Do Not Track Requests?
CPG does not currently have the capabilities to recognize the Do Not Track signals, settings or mechanisms, including from any Internet browsers. Links or Usage of Third Party Websites or Apps/App Stores
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or apps. CPG has no control over the privacy practices or the content of such third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that neither CPG, nor any of its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, representatives, vendors or suppliers are responsible for the content, privacy policies, products, services, reliability, viewpoint or accuracy of information on any such websites or apps. CPG does not control and is not responsible for the collection of personal information by third party websites or apps or any websites or apps not controlled by CPG.The app stores (e.g., App Store or Google Play) may collect certain information in connection with your use of the Services, including Personal Information, geolocational information, payment information, and other usage-based data. CPG has no control over the collection of such information by any third-party app store, and any such collection or use will be subject to such third-party app store’s applicable privacy policy.
